Boat Trip to Ap Chau and Kat O Islands

Our first boat trip of the season takes us from Ma Liu Shui to these two interesting islands in Mirs Bay.  After cruising through the Tolo Channel and the protected Yan Chau Tong Marine Park, we first visit tiny Ap Chau or Duck Island, which  has interesting geology (see below!).  Kat O Chau by contrast is the largest island in the area, with several deserted (former pirate) villages to inspect.  A short walk to Camp Cove Beach and a swim are further possibilities.
